We find that that communal areas in accommodation with bedrooms rented out to a number of tenants are unfortunately not always looked after properly and are not cleaned on a regular basis.

We offer a service to regularly clean these areas: Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge, Hallway, Stairs and Landing and also bring to the attention of the landlord any issues that need his attention such as misuse, major stains, blown light bulbs, breakages, ant nests, leaking taps or showers, dampness, mess or litter outside the property, heating left on, downstairs windows open, exterior doors unlocked, etc.

This way your property is kept in a good and clean condition right up to the end of the tenancy agreement. With peace of mind and no huge surprises and costs.

For Tenants

We find that tenants in shared accommodation do not have the time or inclination to clean the communal areas in the property they are sharing with other tenants. We offer a service to regularly clean the communal areas: Kitchen Bathroom Lounge, Hallway, Stairs and Landing. This way you don’t have to think about it and by the end of your tenancy agreement, the final clean is much easier!
