End of tenancy cleaning task list:

Kitchen: Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards and clean tops; Wipe clean microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (including seals); Damp wipe all kitchen work tops and tiles; Vacuum and mop surface floors; descale (best endeavours) and clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, kick boards, door frame, door top and radiator.

Bathrooms: Thorough clean bathroom floors and toilet, clean and descale bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; Scrub and descale basin; wipe all surfaces; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door/door frame, wipe and polish radiator.

Toilets: Clean and sanitise toilet, wash basin, wipe down walls and woodwork.  Vacuum and mop floors.  Remove cob webs.

Bedrooms: Vacuum and mop (if necessary); Clean mirrors; Remove litter; Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and ledges; Vacuum carpet; Clean inside and outside cupboards and wardrobes; Clean light fittings.

Ensuites:   Steam clean bathroom floors and toilet, Clean and descale bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; Scrub and descale basin; wipe all surfaces; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door/door frame, wipe and polish radiator.
